The company is growing rapidly and now requires a number of Executive Search Consultants and Executive Researchers to join its team.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANTS

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for ongoing business development, in order to win assignments from an existing client base and bring in business from new clients. You will also be required to manage client relationships and to oversee both search and advertised selection assignments.

It is essential that you are able to build strong and long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, and provide a consultative approach that positions you as a business partner and advisor to senior executives.

Successful candidates will be educated to degree level and either have a background in executive search or be able to bring specific industry experience to one of our sector practices.

To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and ambitious, and equally to be able to contribute to a positive team dynamic. Outstanding interpersonal skills are important and you must have the gravitas to be able to effectively communicate at a senior level. You should bring commercial acumen and strategic level understanding to the role, and above all be hard-working, focused and professional.

EXECUTIVE RESEARCHERS

Working with the Consultants to support their execution of retained search assignments, the Executive Researcher is required to prepare research plans, source candidates using a variety of research methods, conduct telephone interviews and compile research reports. In addition, the role has responsibility for gathering and presenting sector research information and producing talent mapping reports of key individuals.

The role is challenging and varied, and involves direct conduct with clients and candidates at executive level. The successful candidate therefore requires a highly professional telephone manner, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with contacts.

You must be organised and focused, in order to handle multiple concurrent assignments, and possess self-motivation and the ability to be an effective team player. It is also important that you are intellectually astute and capable of lateral thinking. A background in recruitment is not required. Above all you must possess strong commercial acumen and be able to bring professionalism and integrity the role.
