THE PROCESS

  • The first stage of the process is to identify the key development needs of the individual in conjunction with the client’s requirements.
  • Once the objectives are determined, our consultants will create a bespoke coaching programme, comprising regular sessions with the individual. Typically, each session will last between 1 ½ to 2 hours and take place every 3-4 weeks in order to maintain focus on development areas and achieve the most effective results.
  • Each session will determine a set of agreed actions, which the individual will be expected to put into place and review at the next coaching session.
  • In between sessions, our consultants will be readily available for contact via telephone or email to provide any necessary advice and support.
